We collect the email address used to create your account, your chosen public trader name, authentication information, membership status, challenge activity, simulator results, and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate your account, provide challenges, calculate statistics and rankings, manage membership access, send service and follow-up emails, prevent abuse, and improve IndexAlley.
Public information
Your selected trader name and qualifying performance statistics may appear on the leaderboard. Your email address is not displayed publicly.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides hosting and data services, Stripe processes membership payments, and Resend delivers account email. These providers process information needed to perform their services under their own privacy terms.
